Saint Nicholas Christmas Rosary

Natural red coral is featured along the decades of this Rosary, and the Our Father beads are either elegant and sparkly silver or gold stardust beads. There are three versions of this Rosary, one with a solid pewter centerpiece of St. Nicholas and hand forged pewter crucifix. The other two feature either a silver tone or bronze tone five-way crucifix, featuring the Eucharist, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Christ, God the Father, the Holy Spirit, and a guardian angel. The centerpiece on these two versions is a professionally handcrafted old-world Image of St. Nicholas, sealed in resin, inside a silver tone or gold tone setting.
The world knows Santa Claus as the symbol of Christmas, who brings kids toys, but he is actually a modernized version of Saint Nicholas, the devoted Greek bishop who lived in the fourth century in the Lycian town of Myra in Asia Minor. In is book Santa Claus: A Biography, Gerry Bowler, a University of Manitoba historian, explained that "he [St. Nicholas] became known as a patron of children and magical gift bringer because of two great stories from his life." All three use a beautiful Christmas red from natural red coral for the decade beads. The pewter Rosary features St. Nicholas on a solid pewter centerpiece and a hand forged pewter crucifix. Pewter, prized as an alternative to silver, is often associated with beautifully crafted Christmas ornaments and has been in use for at least 3 millennia. The pewter version also uses silver plated and sparkly, 10 mm, Stardust beads. The bronze and silver versions of this Rosary, feature a handcrafted image of St. Nicholas as a centerpiece and a Five-way crucifix that features the Eucharist, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Christ, God the Father, the Holy Spirit, and a guardian angel. To complement the old-world style of these Rosaries, they are accented with gold or silver tone metallic beads between the Hail Mary and Our Father beads.
